Danny Santana provides veteran presence for WooSox, goes 2 for 5 in 4-2 loss to Syracuse

I’m more happy now that I’ve started playing games, Santana said. Red Sox manager Alex Cora is thrilled Santana is with the organization in hopes he could make an impact in Boston at some point this season. Since he hasn’t played many games in the last year, he needs consistent at-bats and plenty of playing time at various defensive positions.
