The 2020 Major League Baseball season, as well as other sports, remain on hold due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic that has spread across the world. Opening Day would have taken place this week at stadiums all throughout the country, but there is now no telling when the season will get started, if at all. MLB nonetheless continues to paint the possibility of playing all 162 games this year.
