For Red Sox players, hesitancy on vaccinations could be a disadvantage on and off the field

There are 12 teams considered fully vaccinated by Major League Baseball. That number is expected to climb to at least 15 before the end of the week. The Red Sox are not part of that group and won’t be for quite some time, if ever.
