The A’s added a seasoned bullpen arm with two weeks left in the season, claiming right-hander Michael Feliz off waivers from the Red Sox. Catcher Aramis Garcia was designated for assignment to create a spot on the 40-man roster for Feliz. Feliz, 28, has 226 major-league appearances in seven seasons.
