White Sox's Clevinger (biceps) exits; Grifol tossed

White Sox pitcher Mike Clevinger left his start against the Dodgers in the fifth inning Wednesday night because of right biceps soreness and will be reevaluated Thursday. Meanwhile, manager Pedro Grifol was ejected an inning later for arguing.
