The Boston Red Sox on Wednesday announced that they will begin offering ticket holders the opportunity to get refunds, credits or exchanges for home games that were scheduled in April and May before the coronavirus pandemic indefinitely delayed the start of the baseball season. Major League Baseball informed teams on Tuesday that they were free to revise ticketing policies as a result of the pandemic, and the Red Sox didn't wait long to make those changes.
