Dave Dombrowski is officially back in baseball. On Friday afternoon, the Phillies announced they have hired Dombrowski as their new president of baseball operations. Dombrowski signed a four-year, $20 million contract to take over in Philadelphia, according to USA Today’s Bob Nightengale.
