The Red Sox have interest in free-agent starters Jake Odorizzi and Rich Hill in addition to Corey Kluber and Tomoyuki Sugano, according to Alex Speier of the Boston Globe. Speier reports that the Red Sox have “a likely hope of adding one pitcher with mid-rotation (or better) ability and another who would come as more of a back-of-the-rotation option,” adding that no deal is seen as imminent.
