On Saturday, former Minot State Beaver baseball player Justin Demary was honored with a pregame ceremony. Demary, who passed away on Feb. 22 at the age of 25, had previously worked as a strength and conditioning coach in the Boston Red Sox minor league system. As part of the ceremony, Demary’s mother Tammy (right) and girlfriend Sydney Prigge both threw out the first pitch.
