Red Sox's Jarren Duran: Sits versus lefty

Duran is out of the lineup for the first game of Monday's doubleheader versus the Yankees, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports. The lefty-hitting Duran will be on the bench for the front end of the twin bill with southpaw Jordan Montgomery on the hill. Though Duran has typically started versus right-handed pitching since his July 15 promotion from the minors, his opportunities could dwindle with Kyle Schwarber nearing a return to outfield work after being limited to designated-hitter duties...
