Red Sox left-hander Eduardo Rodriguez has been cleared to begin doing light physical activity as he works his way back from a heart condition caused by COVID-19, manager Ron Roenicke said Friday. Rodriguez missed the entire 2020 season after being diagnosed with myocarditis (inflammation of the heart). Since July, he has been home in Miami awaiting follow-up results from cardiologists.
