Mookie Betts left the Los Angeles Dodgers’ 3-0 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks Sunday with an apparent finger injury on his left hand. The former Red Sox star who was traded during the offseason hit a 401-foot home run in the fifth inning, but was replaced by Edwin Rios to lead off the seventh. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts told SportsNet Los Angeles Alanna Rios that Betts had swelling in the middle finger of his left hand.
